Cross Sinalang Bridge towards Pidigan. Take 1st left on concrete road to Sao Atan. Follow cement/rough road climbing to the Peak (about 1.5km). Once over the Peak after about 500m take off road trail on the right and continue along trail to start of downhill trail. Trail starts opposite unfinished house.
Ride down Dead Cow Trail until you meet the rough road. Turn right along dirt road and follow for about 500m where you come to junction. Turn left on Ducolax trail. Follow trail map on Ducolax until the end.
Follow the cement road turning left when you reach the main road and return to Sinalang bridge.

The route has a fairly steep climb to the Peak on cement rough and sandy road.
Dead cow trail is not to steep and flows. there are a couple of trail options with right option a little more tech than the left.
The roads are very dry and dusty.
Ducolax is fast and flowy with some little drops, sandy shutes and good single track.

Detailed Description
Dulcolax Loop is a 8 mile less popular intermediate route located near Bangued. This mountain bike only route can be used one direction and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route climbs 1,020 ft with a max elevation of 1,015 ft then descends -1,047 ft.
