This is a common loop to ride Ravine. There a few different ways back to Hilltop i.e. climb to top of Blois road and take the left.

Detailed Description
Fast & Flow is a 2 mile moderately popular intermediate route located near West Gore Nova Scotia. This mountain bike primary route can be used one direction and has a easy overall physical rating. This route includes 7 trails. This route climbs 188 ft with a max elevation of 353 ft then descends -189 ft.
