It includes a few short, tough climbs such as payback ridge, but makes up with fast and fun downhill sections. This route should also make you more familiar with the trail system if you are new to three stage. Route starts and ends at the main parking lot at the end of 2nd line.
Detailed Description
Flow is a 7 mile popular intermediate route located near The Blue Mountains Ontario. This mountain bike primary route can be used one direction and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route includes 33 trails. This route climbs 597 ft with a max elevation of 1,744 ft then descends -596 ft.
