This was a pretty solid full tour of Fork Run with an additional climb and descent built into it. I started by following the red trail from the parking lot and taking it all the way down to the bridge. The bridge goes over a nice brook that is good for dunking your head in or letting your dogs cool off in. Flow was pretty moderate when I was there.

From the bridge I took the upper fork loop (beige trail) as the climb. Its a fairly moderate climb, not too technical but its long. Once at the top you are greeted with a really great downhill section. Fast and flowy that leads to the green trail.

The lower fork loop (green trail) is very technical and wet. There are many small stream crossings and lots of quick ups and downs. Your climbing skills will be tested here. This trail leads you back to the bridge.

Once back at the bridge my loop goes back up the beige trail and then I descend back down the beige trail once at the top for a fun DH segment. From there I continue over the bridge and begin my climb back to the parking lot. I stay right and take a newer cut trail that leads back to the lot. This is a fun trail with some good jumps and features along it. The features are well interspersed to break up the long climb back to the lot.

You eventually link up with a portion of the IMBA trail and you finish that back to the lot. 10 mile loop. 8-9 miles if you skip the climb/DH addition that I had.
