Gentle Cycle is a 3 mile "lolipop" shaped loop designed for beginners at Haw Ridge. It still has some rocks, roots and climbs but is the easiest option at Haw. The route begins and ends at Joey's trail by the Dirt Lab.

Gentle Cycle is a 3 mile popular easy route located near Haw Ridge Park. This mountain bike primary route can be used both directions and has a easy overall physical rating. This route includes 10 trails. This route climbs 168 ft with a max elevation of 885 ft then descends -168 ft.
