Good mixture of terrain, some singletrack, some loose landrover track, some forest paths and designated cycle routes. Scenic route through the glens under Ben Vorlich from Callander to Loch Earn with the return route via Strathyre skirting high around the edge of Loch Lubnaig. Views on the return are stunning.
Not a great route in or following bad weather due to no drainage in some of the more remote areas. Lots of midges in the warmer weather
