Park, head up Parish hill rd until you can get to a fire road climb for about 2 miles until you get to actual dirt road again. Turn right on dirt road and continue straight until road runs out and woods start. Continue on orange blazed path through singletrack ups and downs for a few miles. Then once "out of the woods again" there will be another fire road climb (very steep) for 1.5 to 2 miles or so. Follow orange trail to a solid 2 mile decent back down to rte 245 and take road back to your parking area.
