Park at Horner car park and head up Cat's Scramble. Once you reach the top, head west towards Hawkcombe Head via Doverhay Down Path. Climb up the lower section of Hawkcombe and then split off to the right and climb to the top. Turn sharp left onto the road and follow this until you reach the brilliant Hawkcombe woods top section descent. Head right up the steep track and before you reach the farm turn left down a narrow track which leads you out to Lucott Farm. Cross the road and descend down the rocky bridleway partway, then turn left onto Bridleway 110. This brings you back up to the top of Ley Hill. Drop down the Wilmersham Wood Path to the bottom and follow the stream for a short while. Then turn right and climb up to Horner Zig Zags which will give you one last stunning descent. Roll back towards Horner for tea and cakes.

Climbed up, yet to descend - noted fallen tree just under half way up at a slight step which had plenty of clearance ascending but wouldn't want to gain too much air over drop coming down!

Good decent, can go fast, lots of rocks to bounce and jump off of. Great trail overall!

Good downhill, quite old and not ridden very often, but still very fun, with a couple of drops, big berms and can be very fast! Also with age becomes loose rocks.
