Great aerobic ride with lots of steep ups and downs. Mostly buff singletrack with a few rocky sections. Great twisty tunnel through the brambles in the bird meadow.

Meadow Reverse is a 7 mile popular intermediate route located near Barnstable Massachusetts. This mountain bike only route can be used both directions and has a moderate overall physical rating.
