Its soft out there but the leaf cover has provided an adequate base for the wet conditions we have had. Even with the xondintions, very little exposed mud. or standing water eas seen. Care should be taken on tight corners and climbs, the soft conditions will washout or rut under tight high speed turns or heavy tire torque. If we get dry weather for a couple days, conditions should be good. Variableview
