Trail 76 is a dirtbike trail within the OHV area. Use extreme caution on this trail and always look far ahead to motorcycles.

Park at the Shasta Dam Visitor parking.
Ride across the dam and take the dirt road to your right.
A couple hundred yards down you will see Dry creek trail go up on your left.
Follow this until you hit the fire road at the end.
Go left up the fire road.
When you see trail 76 on your left, take this down. BEWARE OF MOTORCYCLES AND ATV'S on this trail.
When you hit the bottom ride the road all the way to the top and cross the dam back to your car.

Detailed Description
OHV Loop is a 11 mile moderately popular intermediate route located near Redding California. This mountain bike only route can be used one direction and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route includes 2 trails. This route climbs 1,633 ft with a max elevation of 1,395 ft then descends -1,628 ft.
