A combination of Conveyor, Whistleblower, and Pickaxe trails to create a loop around the outermost blue trails in Needleseye Park. This loop can be traveled in multiple directions for a different ride experience. The most popular route is to ride Pickaxe down to Thurbon Rd and up Whistleblower. The descent down Pickaxe allows for the best, most sustained ride down into the valley. In either direction users must know that a descent into the valley will be made, therefore a subsequent ascent will be required out of the valley and back to the trailhead or back to Hub H.

Detailed Description
Outer Blue Loop is a 4 mile popular intermediate route located near Oak Hill West Virginia. This mountain bike primary route can be used both directions and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route includes 5 trails. This route climbs 547 ft with a max elevation of 2,067 ft then descends -549 ft.
