Relatively easy flowy xco trail with some technical stuff, excellent to ride in sun set and wintertime if not to much snow. You share the trail with horse riders so look ahead. Some roads must be ridden to connect the bits and pieces of the full loop.

Detailed Description
Pineflow is a 6 mile less popular easy route located near Österåker. This mountain bike only route can be used both directions and has a easy overall physical rating. This route climbs 428 ft with a max elevation of 197 ft then descends -423 ft.
