Wasn't my favorite ride in the world, but it was fun. It is primarily a horse trail which means it is a deep and a narrow trail. The uphill portion was no fun due to the trail being narrow and deep. The downhill was a blast.

Round the Loop is a 6 mile popular intermediate route located near Florence Oregon. This mountain bike only route can be used both directions and has a hard overall physical rating. This route includes 6 trails. This route climbs 1,150 ft with a max elevation of 1,413 ft then descends -1,136 ft.

Minor Issue / Yellow: 1 trail (newest: Feb 28, 2026)

This was the only trail I rode on my loop that was "Black". All of the trails I rode were are not technical (mostly Blue) and smooth (I presume for horses). If I had more time I would have tried all of them. The forest is nice here and trails were well maintained-- thank you.
