A short and fun loop starting from the entrance to the Tunnel Gully recreation area.

The loop starts with Station Link and is a nice uphill through some new pine on to Station Drive, part of the Rimutaka Cycle Trail - the old railway line that served as the rail link between Wellington and the Wairarapa.

Once on Station Drive hand a left and enjoy the gentle ride to the start of G-Drop.

G-Drop is a fun down trail back to the start of Station Link. G-Drop features a couple of rolldowns. G-Drop can be slippery after a bit of rain.

Work on last fast left hander before the drop completed. Should hopefully drain better and allow riders to hold a bit more speed without fear of disappearing over the back of the berm into the bush in the wet.

Easy option is now ready to ride turn left just as you enter the pine forest. Longer but not as steep or technical, an enjoyable uphill through the pines. Wet in some places even on a dry day.

Very dry forest service road, runs along the old railway line route so mostly constant grade. Some steeper sections up near the top. Great easy access track to the other singletrack trails dropping off it like gdrop, timestables and lower pig track.
