A short and fun loop starting from the entrance to the Tunnel Gully recreation area.

The loop starts with Station Link and is a nice uphill through some new pine on to Station Drive, part of the Rimutaka Cycle Trail - the old railway line that served as the rail link between Wellington and the Wairarapa.

Once on Station Drive hand a left and enjoy the gentle ride to the start of G-Drop.

G-Drop is a fun down trail back to the start of Station Link. G-Drop features a couple of rolldowns. G-Drop can be slippery after a bit of rain.

Lots of rain this last week so ride the top high speed section with caution. A locked brake in the wrong place will cause immediate doom. reporter
