Probably intermediate but a long route. Mostly single track some primitive road. No signage so some trail finding. Little use so may or may not be bike tracks to follow. Incredible variety of terrain and nature. Several nice views. Cell phone coverage in Paine basin but not behind mountain. Park at the rickety gate on the dirt maintenance road. Very convenient access to I 80 as it only adds 5 minutes to your trip. Bikes only allowed to pass through ranch. Trail bypasses Ranch House. Unlikely to see another human. Lower trails sometimes rideable in winter upper trails not

Perfect condition (which is kind of surprising, given that the length of this trail is in an arroyo, which you would think would get washed out & eroded quickly... but it's really in great shape!)
