Monsoon rains are beginning to cause some ruts and dropping fist sized rocks onto the trail. Some sections are starting to get overgrown, although not as bad as the sections of the AZT itself. Still 100% rideable. Dryview

Very nice, no problems with grasses or other vegetation encroaching onto trail. The newest section has fine loose gravel and some stray rocks but those should go away with time. Dryview

No shade to the last reporter but this is not badly overgrown by AZT standards. Yes, you will have plans and grass touch you on this ride, but holy cow is it worth it. Dryview

Badly overgrown, enough to obscure trail visibility and require 30 minutes post-ride to pick thistles from your socks. I rode this several times in Jan-Apr '22 and it was great, but in its current shape I'm avoiding it. Dryview

Tires got full of mud and turned around after the first 1.5 miles. Prevalent Mudview
