It is dry but not terribly dusty, and there are no loose sand washes. I had thought this was just a campground access but it is a fun, flowy trail going well beyond the campground. It is well rated as green but you can generate enough speed to get into trouble, and it does have a couple of alternate lines and challenging bits for beginners, but I thought it was super fun for a final run and I’m a solid blue/black kinda guy if you don’t expect big jumps or drops.
