Rode northbound. Good blue, in decent shape. A few short punchy spots, nothing real techy. Otherwise grades are not too long and very rideable blue. Dryview

Great rideable trail, but bring your climbing legs. A few spots I would call black punch climbs, but an easy and short HAB for us mere mortals. Dryview

Good way to get up to West Natty. Bottom half (to road) mostly a blue climb (watch for the hose pucks). Switchbacks just below the road are bordering black but rideable. Mostly rideable above the road. Only a handful of black tech spots. I walked about half or more of the trail just because of its sustained pitch. But definitely better than the other HAB options on other trails. Overall, good option up, looks like a really fun option down. Dryview

Typical trail conditions for this area, no horses seen today (Tuesday) very few hikers. Most who hike this area go up the steep mountain and don't hike far along the main trail heading west and east. Idealview

First time riding, so I don't have anything to compare it to. Very little horse poop. Several areas of lots of loose rock - seems normal though and certainly nothing unusual for SoMo. Rest of trail in excellent condition. Look forward to riding again. Idealview
