A modified version of the basic whiting loop that includes some of the most fun options in the park: Cattle Pond and Sage. Rated the physicality as moderate only because of the Mustard Road climb. Otherwise, this one is pretty easy.

Trail Cattle Pond
The trail is much mellower than before. There is still a tricky sandy spot, but no more drop in the middle.

Just got done riding Cactus, haven't been out this way in a year or so, to the trail has had some recent work has been done, after hitting the first set of berms I wasn't expecting a pump track, WTH??? The pump track sections were more annoying then fun because every time I picked up a little speed I seemed to hit another PT section, stupid! Put it back to the old Cactus you idiots!

OC Parks and SHARE have been doing maintenance due to the winter storms but it’s very flows. Stay within your limits or you can get hurt. Beautiful spring conditions though, and always enjoyable

Really fun. Taller riders beware of low banging tree branches

Rocky and rutted so make sure your suspension isn’t locked out. Super fun but stay within yourself or you’ll be hugging up against some thorny shrubs
