For every bit of descent you scavenge you also have to make rooty ascents. Decent techy trail for sea level trail riding. First time, the close quarter up and downs can catch you off guard. Decent trail for the Houston Area, but definitely be prepared to pick lines that avoid the most gnarly roots on the uphill. Nice sections that can be looped for a fun session.
