( BLR Nr. 404 vom 19.03.2012 –– Art. 2 Durchführungsverordnung zum Landschaftsplan der Gemeinde Brenner: „…in Gebieten von landschaftlichem Interesse ist das Radfahren im weglosen Gelände und auf Steigen mit einer Breite von weniger als 1,5 m. untersagt…“ ) und sollte mit einer Verwaltungsstrafe 500 € laut Art. 2 vom Landesgesetz Nr. 8 – 21/06/1971 geahndet werden.
