The 540 DH is a classic staple of Three Stage. A fast, technical, downhill section descending from one of the highest points in the area down to an intersection with The Bruce Trail. Please be advised that cycling is not allowed on The Bruce Trail except where explicitly marked. The 540 also intersects some of the other Three Stage trails, so be aware of other hiking and cycling traffic at all times.
