Il CAI 572 (EX 72) parte in prossimità del Rifugio La Foce ed evita la salita alla Focerella per chi da Metello sale e vuole farsi una discesa sul 74. Sottobosco di Faggio con pietre, che ad un certo punto costeggia il fosso che parte poco sotto il Rifugio fino a portarvi sul CAI 574 in prossimità della sorgente Lamastrone.

The CAI 572 (EX 72) starts near the Rifugio La Foce and avoids the climb to the Focerella for those who go up from Metello and want to make a descent on the 74. Beech undergrowth with stones, which at a certain point runs alongside the ditch that starts shortly under the refuge until you reach the CAI 574 near the Lamastrone spring.
