mtb All 3 loops (includes new 1 km loop) are bare and overall in great rideable shape, with some minor standing water and mud in low spots and crevices. Variableview

mtb Just a precaution on the start a two tall pine tree both on your left and right hand side hornets will swarm you as you inter on those tree. Be watchful. Dryview

mtb Some puddles on the rocks, but with the rain today the rocks were slick.

Main issue: there are a couple large downed trees on the south loop. Have to be walked over and could not be removed without some sort of saw.		 Variableview

mtb Trail was Well marked, and lots of fun!! highly recommend this trail. Cant wait to come back

the signage at the beginning of the access road threw us off as it says government property stay out, but found out later its Crown land now and its ok to be there		 Dryview
