A-Side is a section of the resurrected old trail along the Highway 4 combined with a new trail using the remaining tree stands after logging and starts just past the orange access gate to the area across from the Hydro facility. It winds south through the highway right-of-way through the remaining forested area and joins B-Side at its Westernmost end. The Easterly A-Side connector to Hitman joins the gravel access road and toward that trail while the Northern end provides main access to the Pheasant Glen trail network at the main access gates and parking area. The trail has some bridge structures, features and berms and is therefore an intermediate trail.
