Slightly less bad than it was but that's not saying much, really really loose bone dry crumbly chunky clay.

Technically this is 'clear' there aren't any obstacles as such but it's loose crumbly clay for the top half then the bottom is just the usual big...

Bulldozers etc have driven on it and all the trees are gone now, a huge slip is imminent here now
