The Ahihud trail winds all the way down the Ahihud forest, most of it can be ridden also uphill, but ofcourse the downhill is more recommended. There are plenty of dirt roads going uphill (or you can enter the trail coming from Gilon Jct.). The trail offers good flow & fun factor, with sporadic minor technical sections. The trail enjoys a good forest shading to keep you fresh most of the ride.
