Well used old dirt road connects paved Alpine Road with Page Mill Road and a few, great side trails. Overgrown into singletrack in parts, and includes a singletrack section to bypass a washed-out section of road. The bypass is steep going up, and is nicely shaped for a fun descent. The entire road is a great climb or descent. Tends to be muddy in the winter, particularly near the bottom of the trail. No technical difficulties.

The trail is extremely saturated from the wet winter. Some parts have 3-4 inch of deep thick mud and can only be passed walking
