Don't do it. Or at least don't bring your bike. Beautiful landscape, would be an awesome hike. But the trail is not worth the effort to carry your bike up there in my opinion. Better to hike up and bring your fishing rod, as stjor already said.

Bajada apoteósica que en función de tu nivel te bajaras más o menos de la bici. Para bikers todoterreno que no les importe no encadenar toda la bajada. El sitio y las vistas son espectaculares. Lo peor la subida del puerto por asfalto.

It is an epic adventure with some beautiful views and I am happy I did it once. But I wouldn't do it again. Not enough riding for the amount of hike a bike. Take a tent and a fishing rod. Loads of trout in the lakes.
