mtb Trail is riding great too to bottom. The lower section of Ute trail has a tree down. The start/end of trail depending on your direction has major issues but still traverseable. Trail has large sinkhole and mudslide and a water caused a deep ditch to develop. Idealview

ebike Excellent condition and riding really well today. There are a few loose areas that will benefit from being ridden. The new section at the bottom is notably wetter than the rest, so be mindful. Idealview

mtb New switchbacks being built below piece of cake as part of Mud Springs access are very dry with deep soft dirt in the turns. Piece of Cake is the alternative way down. Very Dryview
