This is not a biking trail. It is an inmaintained hiking trail at best. Once you get down the only way out a steep boulder crawl hike a bike. If you intentionally want torture, go for it. But if you’re expecting a bike ride you will be displeased!

I was sorry to have chosen this trail. Lots of muddy spots where the water collects and does not drain. Lots of hiker use and the accompanying trail-widening lazyness. Lots of downed limbs and trees, and the hikers make trails around them instead of just stepping over. The trail sits in the lowest part of the area so stays wet too. Does not seem to be ridden much by bikes so there is no flow to the trail at all, just zig zag hikers mess. In general the trail is rideable, but there are a few wash crossings with big rocks that you will dismount to get over and a few trees and a couple of steep steep hike-a-bike sections depending which direction you are going, the dismounts are not a big deal, but the trail is just not good.
