The Asitz Trail is the perfect link from Saalbach Hinterglemm to Leogang for all touring & XC bikers as well as enduro riders and freeriders. This short singletrail starts at the beginning with two tricky switchbacks, a short but flowing descent in the middle section and a final climb towards the top station of the Asitzbahn lift in Leogang, where the entrance to the Bikepark Leogang is already waiting for you in form of the technical Hangman I. At the mid station you then can choose from various other freeride trails and singletrails. Back to Saalbach Hinterglemm it goes over the same trail again. Recommendable is to crest the Asitzkopf summit. From there, a breathtaking view reveals - On the one hand, Saalbach Hinterglemm lies below you. On the other hand, the impressive Leoganger Steinberge (stone mountains) show their entire glory.

good connection from Saalbach to Leogang but e-bike is recommended in both directions or you will push.
water drainage needs to be improved, I rode it on Aug. 10th and it was mostly a river with flowing water everywhere on the (narrow) track

Very scenic natural trail, which connects Wurzeltrail and Leogang bike park. Itβs not as difficult as the Wurzeltrail, but still demanding. There are a few rough climbing sections where most riders will likely habe to jump off and hike-a-bike. The views are breathtaking as is the altitude. I found the Leogang to Wurzeltrail a little less hard than the Wurzeltrail to Leogang direction. When I rode this, there was a bit more traffic than usual, as this seems to be a shared trail. Also some casual ebike riders tried their luck here, so be prepared to see some slow moving obstacles on the trail.

puhhh... you can ride this track in both directions, but no matter which direction you choose, the climbs are no big fun if you ride with an enduro bike.
