B+ is an old trail that runs parallel to the TCH starting at the 3 Mile Dam gate. It follows the lower road near the highway for the first couple minutes, and then turns into a narrow path that has very rooty sections, chunder, and large rock obstacles. The trail requires slow speed technical abilities and if you're not careful, you're probably going to lose a derailleur, pedal or cranks - or all of it.

The trail ends at the Gorge lookoff where you can get some pretty awesome views of the Corner Brook Gorge.

This trail is extremely slick when wet, with many exposed roots and slippery sections - use caution if you ride after the rain

Access Info

Access from the Cub Mountain trail network, or park at the gate at 3 Mile Dam. The trail runs parallel towards Corner Brook for the first couple minutes, following a gravel path. Within about 300 metres or so, the trail ducks left into the woods, on a powerline.

Disclaimer

Hikers frequent this trail - please give right of way! This trail is also extremely slick when wet!
