Trail connecting the Charmaix/Col de la Vallée Etroite valley to the hamlet of Fontaine Froide in the neighbouring Roue valley, crossing the Col de Replanette.
Narrow but easy-going trail climbing up to the Col de Replanette from the GR5 (Vallée Etroite trail).
It then widens as it descends into the Vallon de la Roue valley, before becoming very steep and stony for the descent into the valley (T3 rating, I think).
Once in the valley, a straight section with a gentle slope on a very narrow path, sometimes poorly marked and sometimes a little rough but without any particular difficulties, leads to the beautiful hamlet of Fontaine Froide.
