mtb Whoever reported this trail as clear on July 3 is wrong and probably didn’t actually ride the trail. This trail is not clear. The top 2-3 miles from the top are clear but after that there are probably 20-30 trees down requiring you to dismount and hike around/climb over. It’s obvious a lot of work has been done but as of July 5 the trail is not clear and there are still plenty of downed trees that need cut and removed. Dryview

mtb Trail is unrideable. Attempted the "dagger" loop down ridge and up Beall. Lower section has many smaller trees down from logging several seasons ago which were never cleared. There's a small section in the middle where you can actually ride, then the upper 2/3rds the entire forest is down and across the trail. I mean hundreds of trees. It took me an hour in some places to go 100 yards. Trail is completley unrideable and blocked from the road up to the gate. I came put torn to shreds and covered in ticks from all the bushwacking. mtb All of the fallen trees have been sectioned out. In addition to the fresh sawdust, there was a lot which appeared to be from earlier this summer. THANK YOU to the crew that diligently and lovingly keeps this trail in such great shape. Idealview

mtb Dirt conditions are great but there are a lot of down trees covering the trail. Would avoid until they are removed. Idealview
