fun natural dh track. top half makes use of a well worn and surprisingly flowy walkers path from the cairn. once you hit the fence, follow trail on other side of fance to the right covering great tight and fast techy singletrack after the first rock slab you ride on, split right into the berms for the main trail. has some very steep and technical rock face features. the one gap jump in it is easily ridden but equally easily gotten wrong if your speed is too slow
access from the the stairs leading into the walk for benarty hill(push up) or as part of a bigger loop whereby you enter into the field opposite the gatehouse appx 1 mile west of the finish of the trail. follow the quad bike path up. warning this is a very strenuos climb but with amazing views. once you finally get to the top (appx 30min) follow the walkers path from the trig point to the main cairn to get to the start
