Steep double track with sand and gravel.

West of Delmoe Rd the trail is steep and sandy, best used as a descent after riding BLM 20.

East of Delmoe Rd the trail surface is reasonably good. The trail climbs over a steep hill in the middle that may at times challenge some ascending mountainbikers in either direction.

 reporter Reports coming in are that lower Pipestone did not get snow and not much rain either. All lower trails should be good to go with difficult patches...
