Starting from the gravel parking area on Bog Rd. (look for the kiosk), this loop can be ridden in either direction. There are some short areas that are difficult to ride either due to steepness, or technical features. These more difficult sections are easily walked, if necessary. Overall it is a blue-rated trail in terms of difficulty. The overlook is at the northeast corner of the loop.
