      The trail crosses over private property, which has now been posted. An alternative trail is being formed that bypasses the posted section (blue trail on trailforks reflects this new alternative trail, hashed lines reflect the original trail). New section involves a technical steep descent and climb, so probably a short hike-a-bike here for most.
