The trail connects the Provincial Park to the Sherwoody Forest network. It starts off from the bridge reasonably steep, but soon mellows out. However, it is very rooty, so expect a good workout for your shock and forearms. Not much fun if the roots are wet.
Access Info
Head into the Provincial Park and take the first left turn into a parking lot. Head through the lot and down the gravel trail, turning left as you hit the river. You come a well-built bridge with guardrails. Cross this and you are on the trail.
