Officially rated as a blue by the county parks department. It is really fun if you're into slow tech along with some moves that require moving the back tire around. For biking, it is 10% easy, 80% intermediate, and 10% advanced. Easier for hiking and trail running. Horses will not have a good time on this trail as it is too rocky.
