You can park by the nordic ski area.
The trail starts by the building. You bike on a dirt road from the building you will follow that road up a steep climb to the end station of a ski lift. There the dirt road will end. From there there is a mark track with sticks to the top of the trail head. Steady climb. You will have a small kern on your right when you get to a flat area. A good place for photo and to gear up for the descend. Then a little roller down then back up. There is downhill riding begins.
The water in the rivers is drinkable.
