A mixed bag of long existing trails that roll up and down through the forest between the entrance to Greenwoods mobile home park, and Bowness Park. The easterly 2/3rd of the route is an old, now decrepit narrow trail on Greenwood lands, probably initially beaten in by neighbourhood dog walkers, local kids building forts, and maybe the occasional homeless person. Recent pruning of the encroaching bush has returned it to a totally rideable but still a bit scratchy and primitive state, that is generally well-defined and easy enough to follow, as long as one pays attention in a spot or two. A bit of discrete flagging marking a couple of junctions may or may not be there. The westerly segment enters Bowness Park via the Woods Home lands and is generally much more well travelled. Not what one would consider a "destination" trail- it rides far better from E to W and will be mainly of interest for riders looking for an off-road route connecting COP with the west end of Bowness Park and 12 Mile Coulee. Due to it being unsanctioned and undeveloped- please ride with care and be respectful of the various landowners along the way.
East- entrance to Greenwoods mobile home park. West- Bowness Park below Stoney Trail.

|Lots of leaves on the ground on the eastern half making for a slick ride and hard to see the actual path at times. Western half near Douglas Fir...|
