This is a super easy singletrack trail once you get up on the upper plateau. There's a bit of a climb to get up there and it's mostly rolling twisty singletrack. No significantly difficult or technical sections so most beginners should be able to handle this one with little problem.

Hemi345
I climbed PJ Way and descended on Buzzard Gulch. The first half has some turns that I think were added to keep MTB speeds in check and help prevent erosion but it was still fun and would be a good option for climbing too.
