mtb Almost completely rideable for now, even the uppermost "ravine" section.. Will have to build a bypass around the ravine at the top eventually. Alders along the middle of the upper section have been trimmed and a couple of short bypasses roughed in, so clear sailing. Variableview

moto Major erosion (major ruts or slumping, large boulders and roots exposed due to erosion)

A stream powered down through the upper section causing ruts 6 to 7 feet deep near the top. Will need to cut a parallel trail.		 Variableview
