mtb Didn’t know it was private residence. Live down the road but not HOA. Tried to tell a guy sorry and left, but wasn’t having any. Also, the blue trail is blocked in multiple places with marking showing they will build walls eventually I believe. Fun loop and the first downhill was sweet though Dryview
