mtb There is now (11/1/21) a series of silt fences on or around this trail, apparently in preparation for another phase of residential construction. For the time being, it may be reasonable for many to consider this trail inaccessible--despite the significant investments made by resident volunteers and the HOA, itself. For CF5, there is a construction warning sign at the south terminus of Ambush Canyon as well as what appears to be a silt fence at the northern entrance to the trail. Idealview

mtb Overgrown vegetation making the trail impassable from the spring was cleared away in late summer, leaving this beauty ready-to-ride for HOA residents. Idealview
