A Chã da Toca, é um percurso especial com diferentes tipos de piso e "flow", segue paralelo à Ribeira da Lage. A parte inicial é pouco inclinada e o piso muito orgânico. Cruza várias linhas de água e apresenta zonas normalmente muito húmidas. Após a passagem pela zona de lazer, fica mais inclinado e técnico. Com curvas muito encaixadas e rápidas. Especial atenção na descida até à estrada que deve ser feita com a bicicleta na mão.
