The trail starts on the pipeline clearing where a cutoff from Poison Ivy Alley joins in. It is a slight downhill at the start of the trail that meanders through the woods. After crossing a second drainage creek, the trail will start gradually ascending until it connects with the merging cutoff trail at the Sunflower Forest intersection.
History:
This trail originally had no name. Another variant of it was the tail end of The Jungle which followed the fence line until it turned the corner to become Sunflower Forest. That trail is no more, all the trees were cleared and it was abandoned. The section we have now was established in April 2020 from some old parts of the previous trail, a few parts of Poison Ivey Alley, and some really old trail from Darkened Woods. The present name comes from the assent section of the trail.
